Gram Parivartan Yojana, benefitting
920 farmers from Samahuta, Baknaura and Banjari gram panchayats. Adoption of organic farming practices not only contributes to soil fertility but increase farmers’ productivity and income in the long term.

Dalmia Bharat Foundation distributed in total 214.17kg (330 gms to every farmer) of seeds of ALR variety sourced from the National Horticultural Research and Development Foundation. This allocation allows every farmer to cultivate the seeds on their 2 kathe land. Along with seeds, vermi bags, Azolla bags and Jiva Amrit drums were also distributed. Additionally, farmers were informed about discounts on agricultural schemes offered by the Agriculture Department, covering various inputs like wheat, gram, seeds, hoes, sickles, sprayers, crew pits, and agricultural equipment.
Dalmia Bharat Foundation spearheads community development with a focus on rural upliftment. Through targeted training in agriculture, horticulture and diverse livelihood avenues, DBF empowers women, farmers and youth, elevating their skills and capacities for a positive impact on livelihoods.
