Dalmia Bharat emerges “Third Fastest Growing Cement Company” at the 6th Indian Cement Review Awards

Kadapa, 25 Feb, 2023: Leading Indian cement company, Dalmia Bharat Ltd., was awarded the “Third Fastest Growing Cement Company” in the Large Category at the 6th edition of the Indian Cement Review Awards 2022-2023 on 24th February. Mr. Mukesh Sinha, Unit Head – Kadapa, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. received the award on behalf of the company from Mr. Pratap Padode, Founder and President, FIRST Construction Council and Mr. Sumit Banerjee, Ex MD, ACC Ltd. The 6th Indian Cement Review Awards is presented by FIRST Construction Council and India Cement Review publication. The award ceremony was held on the sidelines of the 13th Cement Expo 2023 and 8th Indian Cement Review Conference 2023 in Hyderabad.

The theme for the 8th Indian Cement Review Conference was ‘C.A.S.E for Sustainability and Decarbonisation’ (Cost-Efficiency, Automation, Skilling, Energy-Efficiency). The conference addressed the cement industry’s growing focus towards adopting sustainable methods and delivering low carbon cement to meet the 2030 carbon reduction targets. Sustainability leaders and industry experts showcased the latest trends and technologies being introduced in the sector.
