At Dalmia Bharat, we continue to lead the agenda of creating a holistic business ecosystem that encourages sustainable growth. Our quest to build a Circular Economy and go green has enabled us to think out of the mixer and incorporate smarter infrastructure solutions that include sustainable mobility. Furthering our green mobility ambitions, we joined the EV100 club and are also members of the First Movers Coalition.

Our e-Truck Initiative
Spearheading the future of mobility in India, we introduced our very first batch of electric vehicles at our Rajgangpur manufacturing facility in Odisha to transport slag, a major raw material for cement manufacturing. In our first year, we deployed six heavy-duty electric trucks thereby accelerating our sustainability goal of lowering carbon emissions as well as optimising our organisation’s overall logistics cost.
